LÆNE SCANDINAVIA strives to provide excellent service for each and every customer. Orders shipping to worldwide are processed in Valencia, Spain. Orders will be shipped within two business days upon clearance of payment and merchandise availability. We operate Monday to Friday.
EMAILS ABOUT YOUR ORDER & TRACKING
When your order is placed and processed, we will send you an email with your order confirmation and tracking number of your order. If there is a problem when processing your order, then we will promptly send you an email outlining the issue and handle it as efficiently as possible.
We offer free shipping worldwide with Spanish Post service.
Post services generally delivers between 8am-5pm local time, but this may vary with location. Check with your local branch office. Please ensure that you select a shipping address where delivery during these times will be suitable. You can specify an alternate daytime delivery address when ordering (work address recommended). Delivery times apply to orders placed before 3pm CET (Central European Time Zone) depending on your shipping destination. Missed deliveries will receive a note from your carrier with instructions for re-delivery or a pick-up address. Please note that due to carrier restrictions, a specific delivery time slot for your order cannot be specified. Delivery times are provided as guidelines only.
We are also unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched. Issues such as payment authorization and customs clearance may cause delays. Certain regional and remote areas in the world may experience increased delivery time. LÆNE SCANDINAVIA insures every purchase in transit until delivery.
Unfortunately at this time once an order has been placed, we are unable to accept cancellations. We are happy to return or exchange the merchandise. Please see Return & Exchange policy.
TAXES & DUTIES
International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties and/or customs fees. These fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. If a shipment is refused and returned, you will be responsible for any import taxes and/or return shipping costs incurred by LÆNE SCANDINAVIA. These fees are specific for the destination country. Therefore, we do not know what the amount will be. The shipping and handling fee applied by LÆNE SCANDINAVIA at checkout does NOT cover any duties, import taxes or brokerage fees. Please be prepared to pay these fees when
your package is delivered. If the package is refused or returned to us, all customs charges or fees will be charged to you. Sometimes your country's customs department will require additional information in order to clear your shipment for delivery.
